Finals! NOOO!! Vacation YAY!!

Ahh! Finals are coming up! I'm not really a fan of them, since I've never had them before, but eh... I'll study and get through. It is weird, though, since we have finals right before winter break. I'm kind of dreading finals (not really, but I love exaggerating) but at the same time I'm really happy about going on vacation, especially since my family is going to a certain tropical island :D. I'm so excited! And scared for finals... eh, I have to go now, but please come back soon, 'cause there will be something good! Peace! ;P

It's Been So Long!!

Hey guys! I haven't blogged in so long and it's pretty awesome, blogging again! i am in high school now! It is a really good school school and I'm happy. I'm in Yearbook and my pages are Halloween, cultural holidays, and class trips. I am very happy, although my schedule is weird. I have dance a lot, but it's very bendy (which is a cooler word than flexible :P) I will try to blog regularly, but if I don't, just poke me or comment 20 times a day! Save the Rainforest!!

I don't have much time to write today, but my friend (no names mentioned) sent me a link to a petition to "Stop Logging the Indonesian Rainforests! Save the Orangutans!" Scroll down the page, where you'll see a button that says "Sign the Petition". Go ahead! Believe me, it's worth it. Stop killing the trees! Save your Earth. Graduation!

Wah! Only two weeks of school left, so sad. I get to go to Great America!! Well, actually the whole grade is going, but that's okay. Meanwhile, I have to get ready for high school... which, in my case, means tutoring... tutoring... did I mention tutoring? I need tutoring in Spanish, Math, and 'enrichment' in Writing, basically tutoring. I get tired of it but is okay with me! Right now I'm listening to the whole All-American Rejects album, 'When the World Comes Down', which I LOVE! Well, now as much as Coldplay, but you get my point. Right? Whew... it's reeeeaallllllyyyyyy hot. Did I mention how much I hate global warming? No? Well, now you know... Global warming is evil. Don't even try to convince otherwise! ;P Hey I love this song! I am listening to 'Clocks' now. This song is awesome, although this weird guy on the radio made a stupid comment. He said, "Guys, if you are listening to this song and you're in the car with your girlfriend, turn the volume up and comment on how this song reminds you of her a lot." Weird, huh? You know something, I feel like cooking something... Any suggestions? Feel free to comment. Otherwise, no update in school, life, music, movies... blah blah blah... I will update soon. Peace!

Yosemite!!!

Sorry I haven't blogged in soooo long! I've been waaaay too busy! I went to Yosemite! During the school year, we have Intersession (<-- definition) so we get to choose different things we do aaaallll week! I chose Yosemite, so I got to camp in Yosemite for a week. (Technically, we were in cabins, but shhh!) We went to Yosemite Falls, Nevada Falls, Mariposa Grove, Vernal Falls, and had very bad food (Yes I know, ugh XP) But it was cool and I did not take pics *gasp*. I've already been there, but for people who need to know what it looks like, here, here, and here. Imagine, long, long, long hikes! up to the falls and then down a mountain goat trails, which is slippery with mist. Scary and the awesomest thing ever! The first day, we spent more than half the day driving to Yosemite. I was stuck in the back of a van, with two rather annoying sixth graders. I managed though, at least enough to survive the rest of the day. I got pretty annoyed, but it's human nature, right? Well, after that, we went to Yosemite Falls. At that point, I forgot why I signed up. Of course, after that I was fine, but that first hike, I was gasping for air (Exaggeration, hehehe). But, the view was really pretty. We went back to the tent cabins and since I got to share the cabin with my friends, I was fine. But then in the morning, I woke up with frozen toes and burning fingers. Scary. We had bagels for breakfast and then went to Mariposa Grove. (It's one of ze pics) It's was pretty snowy and we had snowball fights the whole way up and down. Ya, that was fun. We pummeled our teachers (that's the great part about my teachers, they're lax on trips) Of course we got pummeled too. Then, when we stopped for lunch, my friends and I went down off the trail into this clearing, with TONS of snow. My leg sunk up to my knee and my friend got her leg stuck in up to her thighs. It was funny, but then we had to continue. I grabbed a ball of snow and ate on the way up to Grizzly Giant. Seqouias are HUGE. No pics here, because it won't show you the real thing. You'll have to go to Yosemite, or at least California for those. Then we drove down to Bridalveil Falls. There, I got my daily shower. Believe me, if you don't like getting wet, don't go there. We were right up next to the falls and were almost completely soaked. I loved it so much, but everyone were party-poopers and ran away. I stick my tongue out to those who don't love getting wet. (Don't worry, I won't lose respect for you... wellllll, maybe a tiny bit, but don't take it seriously. ;P) Then we had pasta for dinner. (Oh, I forgot! On the first night, we had tacos! They were okay, but since I don't eat beef, I'm not sure what those tasted like. They looked like brains and they were a bit green. Erg!) The next day, I got up with doubly frozen feet and fingers. They didn't thaw for ever! That was the day for our full day hike! I love that hike so much. We hiked all the way up to Vernal Falls. Believe me, it was tiring. It was a personal cardio exercise. We hiked thru icy, slushy snow and 'Almost, maybe would've died.' It was fun though and we ate lunch at the top of Vernal falls. I spent most of my time staring at the water. Finally we went back to the tents and then to the lodge nearby, for a talent show and pizza! Hallelujah! Pizza! It was fun and we sang all these songs from one of my teacher's guitar books. People in the lodge looked at us as if we were crazy (Yeah right. Us, crazy? Never! ;P) The last day, we were on our way home! Hakf the time we were talking about things we were going to do when we got home. I drank chocolate milk and listened to my whole iTunes. ;D Okay this is a huge blog, so I shall finish. Any questions? No, good! I'm tired. I might get writer's cramp! (Whatever that is ;D)

Pirates of ze Caribbean

Pirates of the Caribbean is an awesome movie. Or series... whatever. I remember when I saw the first movie. We were camping with our family friends and we decided to go to the movies. There was this small town and a movie theater and everyone wanted to watch Pirates. I was kind of scared so I said no. But I loved the movie so I'm happy. When we came out, I think someone asked what it was called again. Instead of saying Curse of the Black Pearl, I said Curse of the Black Curl. Now all my black curls are cursed! ;D It was pretty awesome, but everyone still teases me about it. :( meanies. Of course its music is awesome, although I like Harry Potter 5 music too. I'm uploading all my music onto my iTunes now. You would not believe the CD's you can get in a library! I luv the library! Oh, and I broke my record of books checked out. It's at ...... 36 right now... although 4 of those were CDs... shhhhhh... don't tell anyone. :D Right now I'm playing on a website called Roiworld (click to have fun). Unless you're a boy and hate dressing up or a girl who doesn't like fashion, I suggest you look at it. Have fun! Stay alive! And please... don't tell anyone...

Spirit Week!

It's Spirit Week! Today's Character day and I'm going as Zorro. He's awesome, although not my favorite character. I LUVVVVV my school. I always wonder why people wear the same outfit. Last year we had TEN witches... so weird. I feel random today! I like St Pat's Day! See what I mean! ;P
